The beach, heated outdoor pool (open from June, free of charge), and harbor are about 15 minutes away on foot. Nearby activities include swimming, jogging/walking, sauna, cycling (bikes can be rented locally at a good price), mini golf, kite meadow, an indoor play area for bad weather, and more. The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering absolute peace—there are no neighbors above or to the right. From the 12 m² covered southwest-facing balcony/loggia, you enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view all the way to Baltrum Island. Balcony furniture with cushions is provided. You may grill on the balcony with your own electric grill (no charcoal, please). The combined living/sleeping area features a king-size bed, insect screen on the window, TV with DVBT, cozy TV chair, radio with USB and Bluetooth, and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, stove/oven with extractor—everything you need. There is a dining area, a small couch corner, a hallway with wardrobe and coat rack, and a spacious, modern bathroom with shower and radio.
