Final cleaning is included. The local tourist tax must be paid separately. Other holiday destinations like Bensersiel, Nessmersiel, and the islands of Langeoog and Baltrum are just a few kilometers away. The town center with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, and pubs is only a 5–10 minute walk. The beach, heated outdoor pool (open from June, free of charge), and harbor are about 15 minutes away on foot. Leisure activities nearby include swimming, jogging/walking, sauna, cycling (bikes can be rented locally at a good price), mini golf, kite meadow, an indoor play area for bad weather, and much more. The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering complete peace as there are no neighbors above or to the right. From the 12 sqm covered southwest-facing balcony/loggia, you enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view all the way to Baltrum Island. Balcony furniture with cushions is provided. You may use your own electric grill on the balcony (please, no charcoal). The combined living/sleeping area features a king-size bed, insect screen on the window, TV with DVBT, comfortable TV chair, radio with USB and Bluetooth, and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, stove/oven with extractor fan.
